Article 1 – Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale") govern all commercial relations between the publisher and each of its individual clients concerning the order and provision of services marketed on the online store www.white-hat.fr (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
The Site allows the publisher to offer IT cybersecurity services (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") for sale to internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Clients"). It is specified that purchases of Products on the Site are reserved for individuals or professionals who own a web application or website, are over 18 years of age, and have full legal capacity.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the summary order form, and the invoice provided to the Client constitute the entirety of the contractual documents that serve as proof between the parties, to the exclusion of any other document.
The publisher reserves the right to modify the content of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. In such a case, the new version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be published on the Site and will apply to orders for Products placed after their publication.
Article 2 – Products
2.1 – Product Description
The Products offered for sale by the publisher are those that appear on the Site at the time of consultation by the Client, and within the limits of available human resources. The publisher reserves the right to withdraw Products from sale at any time.
The publisher takes the greatest care in presenting the Products and each of their components on the Site in order to meet the requirements of the Consumer Code.
Each Product is also accompanied by a precise description allowing its main characteristics to be known.
2.2 – Product Availability
Only Products appearing clearly on the Site and/or indicated as available on the day of consultation by the Client are offered for sale.
In case of Product unavailability after order validation, the Client will be informed as soon as possible by email or telephone of the postponement or cancellation of their order.
Article 3 – Orders
3.1 – Final Order Validation
In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract will be concluded when the Client clicks on the button allowing them to confirm their order after viewing its details.
Validation of the summary order form implies the immediate enforceability of sums due in execution of the said order.
The Products remain the property of the publisher until full payment of the price.
3.2 – Order Confirmation
The sale will be considered final only after the publisher sends the Client confirmation of order acceptance by email.
Article 4 – Delivery
Product orders are delivered by email accompanied by a comprehensive PDF report.
Product delivery times are those indicated on the offer selected during the order. The publisher undertakes to respect the deadlines announced for each offer.
The report is confidential, in PDF format attached. It is sent only once, and the publisher keeps a copy for possible resending to the Client.
Article 5 – Financial Conditions
5.1 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (TTC).
Value Added Tax is that in force in metropolitan France on the day of the order.
The selling price of the Products is that in force on the Site on the day the order is placed.
The mention "from" means that depending on the service and the target to be audited, the price may increase. A quote will be sent to the Client before placing the order.
The publisher reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
5.2 – Payment
Payment is made 100% before order delivery, regardless of the amount.
Payments are accepted by bank card via Stripe or by bank transfer.
All payments are automated and tracked. An invoice is automatically generated and sent by email after each payment.
In case of payment by bank transfer, bank details will be provided upon request by email.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Client has a fourteen (14) clear day withdrawal period.
This period runs from the day of order delivery.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the performance of which began after the express agreement of the Client and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
Article 7 – Personal Data
The publisher undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data communicated by Clients on the Website and to process it in compliance with the GDPR.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Client may at any time exercise their right of access, right of objection, and right to rectification or deletion of information concerning them.

Article 8 – Applicable Law / Competent Court
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the Client is recommended to contact White-Hat.fr customer service to seek an amicable solution.
Any dispute arising between the publisher and any of its Clients will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
