Full Offensive Exercise

What your detection truly sees

One objective, no vector limits, your teams unannounced. The exercise closest to a real attack.

  • Full scenario: reconnaissance, initial intrusion, lateral movement, exfiltration
  • Combined vectors — technical, human, and physical according to the scope
  • Measurement of detection time and reaction quality
  • Joint debriefing with your teams, in person

Why a Red Team

A pentest finds vulnerabilities. A Red Team finds your blind spots.

The difference isn't the technical level: it's what we measure.

  • A pentest answers 'where are my vulnerabilities'. A Red Team answers 'how long can an attacker stay in my systems without anyone noticing'.
  • Your teams are not notified: we test real procedures, not the ones in the binder.
  • Vectors combine — a phishing attack that opens an access, an access that becomes a service account, an account that reaches the production database.
  • The deliverable includes the full timeline: what was done, at what time, and what your tools reported or missed.

Exercise reserved for organizations that already have detection capabilities. Without them, a classic penetration test is more useful and less expensive.

Process

Four phases, written rules

Nothing starts without a signed agreement defining the scope, objectives, and prohibitions.

01

Rules of Engagement

Objective of the exercise, authorized scope, permitted vectors, escalation contacts, and absolute prohibitions. Signed before any action.

02

Reconnaissance

Mapping your exposed surface: infrastructure, applications, employees' public footprint.

03

Execution

Intrusion and progression towards the objective. Every action is timestamped to be cross-referenced with your logs.

04

Joint Debrief

Full timeline presented to your teams: what we did, what you saw, and where the gap lies.

Deliverable Example

What does a professional audit look like?

Anonymized example: executive summary, consolidated score, and priorities for your IT department or integrator.

  • Executive summary and risk score on one page
  • Prioritized findings with concrete remediation steps
  • Internally shareable document (IT Dept, CISO, Management)

Frequently Asked Questions

What we answer before you ask

What's the difference with a penetration test?

A pentest seeks comprehensive vulnerability discovery within a defined scope. A Red Team pursues a specific objective through all authorized means and measures your detection capability. Both are complementary: one rarely starts with a Red Team.

Should my teams be notified?

No, that's the principle. Only a restricted circle — management and an escalation contact — is informed. This is what makes the detection measurement honest.

Is there a risk to production?

Destructive actions are excluded by the agreement. In case of a critical discovery that could escalate, we stop and call you immediately.

How long does an exercise last?

From two to six weeks depending on the scope and objective. It's longer than a pentest because a real attacker takes their time.
