Realistic and controlled campaign

Would your teams really click?

Eight out of ten intrusions start with a human clicking. It's better to know before a real attacker sends the message.

  • Realistic scenarios based on your tools and internal news
  • Measurement of click rate, input rate, and reporting delay
  • Aggregated results by department — never individual blame
  • Targeted awareness for exposed profiles, not general training

Why measure

You can't effectively train what you haven't measured

General training is expensive and changes almost nothing. A measured campaign shows where to focus efforts.

  • The average click-through rate for a first campaign is between 15% and 30%: the question isn't if someone clicks, but who and on what.
  • The real figure that matters isn't the click, it's the credential entry — and the time it takes for an employee to report the message.
  • Results are aggregated by department. No individual lists are provided: a campaign used for punishment is never repeated.
  • A second campaign three months later measures actual progress, not perceived progress.

Campaigns are managed: prior information to the CSE when applicable, no clear-text password collection, data destroyed after reporting.

Process

Four steps, three weeks

From scenario design to reporting, without disrupting operations.

01

Scoping

Scope of recipients, scenarios considered, CSE notification, technical whitelist with your email team.

02

Design

Drafting of emails and landing pages, modeled after your real tools: email, HR, payroll provider.

03

Sending and Collection

Staggered distribution over several days. Measurement of opens, clicks, credential entries, and reports.

04

Reporting

Aggregated results, risk profiles by department, and targeted awareness recommendations.

Excellent experience with White-Hat for a comprehensive security audit of our SaaS platform. The quality of service was truly outstanding: Philippe took the time to understand our application's architecture before starting the tests, which made all the difference to the relevance of the results. The report was detailed, with vulnerabilities categorized by criticality, concrete evidence of exploitability, and recommendations directly applicable by our technical team. The post-delivery follow-up to verify the patches was a real bonus. Professional, rigorous, and attentive: exactly what you need to secure a SaaS product.

We hired White-Hat for a comprehensive audit/advanced penetration test on our website, and it's clearly the direct contact with Philippe that makes all the difference. No salesperson between us, no unnecessary jargon: we communicate directly with someone who understands our challenges and can clearly explain the vulnerabilities found. The report was precise, with concrete evidence and recommendations that we were able to implement quickly. A truly trustworthy relationship; I highly recommend them.

We urgently contacted White Hat following a suspected compromise of several servers. The team was extremely responsive and addressed our request within minutes, with clear communication at every stage. Their vulnerability analysis was conducted very rigorously, resulting in a detailed report and concrete, easy-to-implement recommendations to strengthen our security. The investigation of the compromised servers allowed them to quickly identify the source of the attack and contain the incident without any major disruption to our services. Professional, knowledgeable, and readily available, I highly recommend this provider for any cybersecurity intervention, especially in emergency situations.

The human behind the tool

About your contact

I am a cybersecurity consultant: I support IT teams and management on audit, penetration testing, and hardening topics. My background is field-oriented (SMEs, mid-sized companies, e-commerce, industry) with a simple requirement: actionable findings, not jargon.

01

Why this profession: making real risks visible to help decide quickly — securing also means clarifying what matters for the business.

02

Expertise built since 2020 in various contexts; recognized certifications (OSCP, CISSP, OSEP) and continuous threat monitoring.

03

Pedagogy: translating technical details into business decisions (prioritization, budget, planning).

Frequently Asked Questions

What we tell you before you ask

Is it legal to trick our own employees?

Yes, under certain conditions: security purpose, prior information to representative bodies when they exist, and non-nominative results. We provide the written framework before sending.

Do you retrieve the entered passwords?

No. The landing page records that an entry occurred, never its content. No password is transmitted or stored.

Will this disrupt production?

No. Sends are staggered and your email team is informed to prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking everything on the first message.

How often should we repeat this?

Two to three campaigns per year. Less, and the effect wears off; more, and employees get used to it, rendering the results meaningless.
